Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Operating in a responsible manner is of great importance to Lvivity. We run our operations in line with the expectations of various global players. We also treat corporate responsibility as a code of conduct that helps us manage risks and maximize on the opportunities available globally. Our Corporate Policies are intended to provide a framework for the management of Lvivity and belong to responsibility of every Lvivity Manager, Officer and Employee.

We are committed to understanding, monitoring and managing our social, environmental and economic impact in order to contribute to society’s goal of sustainable development. This commitment is deeply integrated into our core values and we aim to demonstrate those responsibilities throughout our operations and services.

Here at Lvivity, we define Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the following way:

  • Doing business in a socially responsible and ethical manner;
  • Protecting the environment and people safety;
  • Supporting all possible human rights;
  • Engaging, respecting and supporting the communities and cultures we work within.

Lvivity ensures that all matters of CSR are considered and supported in our daily operations and are consistent with Lvivity interests.

The Policy applies to activities undertaken by or on behalf of Lvivity Ltd.

All Lvivity employees, partners and contractors are to adopt the CSR norms described in this Policy into their daily business activities. Lvivity leaders or managers are to act as role models by incorporating these norms into any business activity. Lvivity leaders or managers are to ensure that appropriate organizational structures are in place to effectively identify, monitor, and manage CSR issues relevant to our business. This Policy is built on the following areas that reflect existing standards of CSR:

Transparency and Business Etiquette

Lvivity is maintaining the highest standards of corporate practices in order to follow excellence in its daily operations and to promote confidence in its management systems.
Lvivity conducts its business in an open, honest, and ethical manner.

Lvivity recognizes the importance of protecting all our human, financial, physical, informational, social, environmental assets and reputation.

Lvivity is constantly advising its partners, contractors and clients of its CSRP, and will work with them to achieve consistency with this Policy.

Lvivity is committed to measuring, auditing and tracking the performance of its CSR programs.

Safety and Environment Protection

Lvivity is committed to protecting the health and safety of all individuals affected by our activities, including our employees, clients and the public. Lvivity provides a safe and healthy working environment, and shall not compromise the health and safety of any individual. Our goal is to have no accidents and mitigate impacts on the environment to promote responsible environmental practices.

Lvivity is committed to protection of environment.

Lvivity recognizes that pollution prevention and biodiversity are key to a sustainable environment and will effectively integrate these concepts into its business operations.

All employees and contractors of Lvivity are responsible and accountable for contributing to a safe working environment and for operating in an environmentally friendly manner.

Being a socially and environmentally conscious company, Lvivity is operating in full compliance with the local Ukrainian laws and regulations regarding the ethical, corporate governance, labor, health and safety, and environmental compliance of the countries within which we do business.

Stakeholder Relations

As a global supplier, Lvivity delivers its services across a variety of cultures and markets. We respect the national and local laws of the countries and communities where we deliver our services and are committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of cooperation and employment. We do not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination or harassment.

Lvivity works with its clients to help them treat their workers and employees fairly and with dignity and respect, maintain safe working conditions, and conduct business activities in an environmentally safe and responsible manner. Lvivity does not tolerate human rights abuses and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that encourages human rights abuse.
